This private museum was founded in 1973 by Professor Luigi Galanti. Galanti aimed at making a historical profile of the Battle of Rivoli (14-15 January 1797), won by General Napoleon Bonaparte, against the Austrian army.
The museum shows old documents and important manuscripts, trying to make up a picture of the famous battle from its beginning to the Treaty of Tolentino.
